About Nakamise-dori Street Food

The approach street to Senso-ji Temple is lined with over 50 traditional food stalls that have been operating since the Edo period. Sample freshly fried kaminari okoshi (rice crackers), ningyo-yaki (doll-shaped cakes filled with sweet bean paste), and freshly grilled senbei. The aromas of soy sauce and green tea fill the air.
